In support of our projects, Ryan Incorporated Central employs over one hundred administrative and supervisory personnel and more than four hundred trade employees during the season. While estimating, administration and accounting are performed at the corporate headquarters in Janesville, Wisconsin, the Company maintains permanent offices in Elgin, Illinois and Hagerstown, Maryland. Field operations are coordinated by regional Operations Managers who investigate new work, ensure that the Field Superintendents have the resources they need to perform and that the work is done in accordance with Company standards. The Operations Managers also work to create open and productive communications among the office, the field and the customer. Each project is run by a highly experienced full-time Field Superintendent with full responsibility for the on-site field operations including safety, scheduling, production, subcontractor coordination and quality control. The Field Superintendent is also responsible for reporting and maintaining a professional relationship with the customer, its agents and the appropriate authorities having jurisdiction over the work.
