Safety

Safety 24/7

Safety is at the Core of our Values

safety

Our Safety 24/7 approach was designed and is monitored by our professional corporate safety department.  Each field superintendent has primary responsibility and authority to implement and ensure compliance with our safety process on every project.  Each employee is encouraged to participate in our safety process and is empowered and has authority to stop work should there be a safety concern.

Safety training, a safety record of success

All of our field superintendents participate in an ongoing comprehensive training process led by our safety professionals. They understand that safe operations - from operator training, job-hazard analysis and accident prevention to post-accident reporting and mitigation - are their most important responsibility as superintendents. While we are proud of the safety record we have achieved, Ryan Incorporated Central is fully committed to continually improving the safety of our operations.
