Incorporated Central began grading and performing the site
work for residential developments in the Chicago area in
the 1950's. Since then we have built thousands of roads
and housing pads and moved millions of cubic yards of earth.
In the 1980's, we began building large-scale residential
projects in the Mid-Atlantic.
Over
the years we have developed long-term relationships with
leading homebuilders and engineers. Before the project begins,
we often assist our clients with due diligence and value
of engineering ideas. Because the size of our equipment
fleet and the depth of experience of our supervision are
unequaled in our market area, we are called on to handle
the projects with the tightest time schedules, largest scopes,
and most difficult soils. Whether a project is a few acres
or several hundred acres, each project gets the same attention
to detail and personalized service. On each job we strive
to do it fast and do it right.
